Visitation Hours and Rules
Family and friend visits at NRADC are video visits. Onsite visits are first come, first served in the Main Lobby, require the visitor to be on the inmate's approved visitor list, can last up to 30 minutes, and are recorded. Off-site on-demand visits through GettingOut can last up to 15 minutes. Visitors are not accepted after 11:00 AM for morning visitation or after 3:15 PM for afternoon visitation.

How to Contact a Clarke County Inmate
Address inmate mail to the inmate's full name at 141 Fort Collier Road, Winchester, VA 22603. Personal mail is inspected, scanned, and uploaded to the inmate tablet system. Mail must include the sender's full first and last name and complete return address, may not exceed A4 or 8.5x14 size, and may not include cash, personal checks, stamps, envelopes, pens, stickers, glued items, staples, or other prohibited material.
